Droids use Bluetooth technology to communicate. If you are having issues with connecting your droid, please check your device’s Bluetooth settings:

1. From the Home menu, tap "Settings"
2. Select "Bluetooth"
3. Tap the switch to ensure it is in the ON (green) position

IMPORTANT: It may be necessary to turn Bluetooth ON from the Command Center on your iOS device. To access the Command Center on an iOS device running iOS 11 or later, double click the Home button. Tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it ON (blue).
