Is there a difference in gameplay between the different platforms of LEGO® STAR WARS™ II: The Original Trilogy?
Most of the have them same gameplay. The PC, PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, and Gamecube are the same. The only platforms that are different are the GBA, DS and PSP version (these 3 are pretty different as far as gameplay even when you compare the 3 to one another).
I created my own character in the Cantina, how do I use them?
In order to use a character you've created in the bacta tanks in the Cantina, you have to have completed an entire episode(Episode 4 for example). Upon doing so, you'll have the option to choose FREEPLAY. Once you do that, there will be a list of characters to choose from. In the bottom right hand corner there will be 2 icons with no faces appearing. This is where the characters that you make will show up with these 2 icons.

You can only save the game at certain points:
- Completion of a Chapter
- Customize a character
- Purchase an item from the Cantina
There is no way to save in mid-level.
Sometimes the in-game camera focuses on something else momentarily, then control comes back to my character. What's going on?
That is by design. For instance, in the cantina, when you've gotten enough studs to unlock the first area, the camera swings to view that door opening. It will stay there for a moment, then once the door is open, moving your character will bring the camera back to your view. The game is trying to bring something to your attention.
