Once you have created your profile, you cannot change the name of the profile. You can only create a new profile or delete an existing profile. You cannot transfer progress from one profile to another.
Is there support for the use of multi-tap for multiplayer on one console?
Multi-tap isn't supported with this title. Split screen is your other option.

No, it is not.
How can I directly connect 2 or more PS2's together?
A direct system to system connection between PlayStation 2 systems is only supported via a crossover cable. To connect more then 2 a router with a server must be used.
How do I enable Auto-Aim for Multiplayer games?
There is no Auto-Aim for Multiplayer for design and balancing reasons.

Can I customize the control setup on the PSP?
There is no functionality to customize the control setup for PSP. The game has 4 sets of control configurations to select from, Default, Basic, Advanced, and Retro, that should cover the majority of control setups that players will use.
Can I play against other PSP owners over the internet?
PSP Multiplayer is via an Ad-Hoc network via Wi-Fi only. (PSP's in close proximity. There is no way to play using Infrastructure Mode (Over the Internet)
How can I randomize Instant Action maps?
You can randomize Multiplayer maps, this function is not available in Instant Action

When I save my Galactic Conquest game on my PSP, when I reload the profile, it does not contain the previous saved game information(planets conquered, etc).
When you load a saved game on the PSP for Galactic Conquest, you need to load your profile twice: Once from the main screen, and again from the Galactic Conquest screen. This will load up your saved progress.
When I try to play Star Wars™ Battlefront II for PSP, I get a message, "To start, you must update the system software."
The game requires that the PSP be running PSP firmware version 2.0 or higher. The 2.0 firmware update is included on the UMD for Star Wars™ Battlefront II. To update the PSP:
- Press the down arrow to go to PSP Update version 2.0 on the UMD.
- Press X to select.
- Press X to Start the update process.
